What are they selling? Another image

This is a close-up of the Millais painting Ophelia.



And the question is, Do you see a woman drowning here? Literally as opposed to figuratively drowning that is?

The painting is supposed to represent Ophelia about to drown from Hamlet. Millais was so obsessed with realism that he made poor Lizzie Siddal, who modeled for the painting, lie in cold water for so long it affected her health. But he isn't even trying with that facial expression. I've seen that look on a woman's face a few times and I never once thought of calling 911 when I've seen it.
