Yesterday I was walking the dog and saw a charming domestic scene. A father out washing his car and his two kids were playing on the driveway beside him. It was a scene Norman Rockwell could have painted.
Except for the tune playing on Dad's car sound system. As I came in earshot someone was rapping that he was going to break the spine of someone "wasting his time".
Pretty lame rhyme eh? The next line was about kicking four face if you get in my face. Now there is an exact rhyme, a little too exact.
Meanwhile two sweet little kids may never have a proper appreciation of poetry because they weren't exposed to better quality rhymes in their formative years.
